access zone means the fibre or radio network connection between the Premises and/or the Site and the Metrotech Zone “Agreement” means this Agreement, which comprises Metrotech’s standard terms and conditions, the Service Level Agreement, the Miscellaneous Charges, the Acceptable Use Policy and the SOF;
