Access Subscription definition

Access Subscription means the Access Subscription purchased by the Client Company pursuant to clause 8.1 which entitles Authorised Users to access and use the Services and the Documentation for Projects in accordance with the Proposal, Contract and Confirmation Form; “Authorised Users” means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Client Company who are authorised by the Client Company to use the Services and the Documentation; “Bespoke Services” means any services which are in addition to the Standard Services set out in the Proposal; “Business Day” means any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the UK; “Client Services” means the services provided by the Supplier to the Client Company including access to Software as more particularly described in the Contract; “Client Company” means the person, as defined in clause 1.3, so named on the Proposal to whom the Services are provided by the Supplier; “Company Data” means the data inputted by the Client Company, Authorised Users, third party Clients, Survey Participants, Survey Observers, or the Supplier on the Client Company’s behalf for the purpose of using the Services or facilitating the Client Company’s use of the Services, which includes “Organisation Data”, “Personal Data” and “Survey Data”, and excludes “Research Data”; “Confidential Information” means information that is proprietary or confidential and is either clearly labelled as such or identified as Confidential Information in clause 10.5; “Confirmation Form” means the detailed requirements of the Project, in accordance with the Proposal and Contract, and forming part of the Contract; “Contract” means the contract which comes into existence on completion of a Proposal and incorporating the terms and conditions herein and such other documents referenced or attached to the Proposal; “Documentation” means any documents, information or resources made available to the Client Company by the Supplier online via web addresses notified by the Supplier to the Client

  • March Networks may delete any data, including Subscriber Data, associated with a Trial Access Subscription at the end of the Trial Term.

  • SigOpt may terminate or immediately suspend your Free Access Subscription or Beta Release access at any time for any reason without liability to you and does not guarantee that future versions of a Beta Release or Free Access Subscription will be made available under the same commercial or other terms.

  • You acknowledge your Free Access Subscription or Beta Release may not be complete or fully functional and may contain bugs, errors, omissions and other problems.

  • All fees payable by Licensee to Licensee are due at the end of each month of the Access Subscription term.

  • Now therefore, the Accessing Agency, intending to be legally bound, agrees as follows: In order that Accessing Agency obtain such access and use, Accessing Agency is acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in that certain Agency Access Supplement (the “Access Agreement”) and the Data Access Subscription Supplement between Customer and Superion, a copy of which is attached hereto.

  • This Agreement is effective for the twelve month term of Access Subscription you purchased, and each subsequent renewal term.

  • You can reinstate an expired Software Innovation Access Subscription in accordance with the terms of the Software Innovation Access Subscription.

  • Licensee agrees to allow ▇▇▇▇ DATA to automatically renew Licensee’s paid subscription for the Access Subscription at the conclusion of each expiring term unless either party notifies the other party in writing at least 60 days prior to the end of the term in effect that such notifying party does not wish to so renew.

Related to Access Subscription

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscription Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.
