Acceptance of Filing Submission definition

Acceptance of Filing Submission means with respect to an MAA, the occurrence of the earlier of: (a) the expiration of the period specified in Applicable Law for any notice by the applicable Regulatory Authority that such MAA will not be accepted for review, without Buyer, its Affiliates or their licensees having received such notice from such Regulatory Authority; or (b) the receipt by Buyer, its Affiliates or their licensees from the applicable Regulatory Authority of notice that such MAA is accepted for review, provided that in any case, if neither such period for acceptance nor such notice is provided for in Applicable Law, then the MAA shall be deemed “accepted” on the date such MAA was submitted to the applicable Regulatory Authority.

  • Acceptance of Bid means the letter/fax or any memorandum communicating to the Bidder the acceptance of its Bid and includes an advance acceptance of his Bid.

  • Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the LHIN. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the LHIN;

  • Acceptance of offer means issue of letter of intent/award or memorandum or detailed Order/Contract communicating the acceptance of offer, to the successful Tenderer.

  • Acceptance of Tender means the letter or memorandum communicating to the supplier the acceptance of his offer (Tender) and shall include advance acceptance of his offer i.e. Letter of Intent or Rate Contract.

  • Non-Acceptance of Proposal means another proposal was deemed more advantageous to the University or that all proposals were rejected.

  • Creation Application means an application by a Participating Dealer for the creation and issue of Units in an Application Unit size (or whole multiples thereof) in accordance with the Operating Guidelines and the Trust Deed.

  • Filing Statement means this filing statement, together with all appendices attached hereto and including the summary hereof;

  • Registration Application means an application for registration of this Agreement as a planning agreement on the title of the Land pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Act in a form approved by the Registrar General;

  • Written application or "written election" means a written instrument, required by statute or the

  • Notice of Motion means a notice setting out the text of a motion, which it is proposed to move at the next relevant meeting;

  • Letter of Acceptance of Tender means letter giving intimation to the tenderer that his tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in that letter.

  • Acceptance Letter means the letter from Adviser to BD pursuant to which the Adviser appoints BD as a Broker Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred issued by any Fund that has executed a Request Letter.

  • L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

  • Submission or “Proposal” means the information submitted by a Proponent in response to this RFP.

  • Filing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(b).

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • CEC Certification and Verification means that the CEC has certified (or, with respect to periods before the Project has commenced commercial operation (as such term is defined by and according to the CEC), that the CEC has pre-certified) that the Project is an ERR for purposes of the California Renewables Portfolio Standard and that all Energy produced by the Project qualifies as generation from an ERR for purposes of the Project.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Electronic Submission means a successful submittal of Offeror’s proposal.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Office of Administrative Hearings means the panel described in ORS 183.605 to 183.690 established within the Employment Department to conduct contested case proceedings and other such duties on behalf of designated state agencies.

  • Request for Release A release signed by a Servicing Officer, in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto.

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Tax Certification Forms means any forms or other documentation as may be issued or required by a Tax Authority or by us from time to time to confirm your tax status [or the tax status of a Connected Person].
