Acceptable Standards definition
Acceptable Standards means the standards for Trade Waste as set out in Schedule 2 to this agreement and as prescribed by the Corporation from time to time.
Acceptable Standards means the standard of maintaining and repairing a building of similar structure and use that would be followed by a prudent owner of a similar building and acceptable to NRH;
Acceptable Standards means:
(i) with respect to any equipment, device, apparatus or system: efficient and safe operating capability for its intended purpose(s) in accordance with the standards specified by its manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) and prescribed by all applicable laws, regulations and by-laws;
(ii) with respect to any landscaped/grassed area: appearing to be properly cultivated/tended, suitable for its intended purpose(s) and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and by-laws; and
(iii) with respect to any structural or other non-operating element, part or component: good repair, having regard to the standards maintained by a prudent owner of a comparable building of comparable age;

The Proponent shall maintain the Project to Acceptable Standards.
Unless a known, suspected or observable environmental risk exists, the Acceptable Standards for Residential 1-4’s shall be complied with by the Borrower’s preparing, or causing the Servicer to prepare or direct the preparation of, a preliminary environmental evaluation using a standardized evaluation form.
