A transfer is a change in the teaching assignment of the Employee for an Academic Semester.
An Employee's advancement on the salary scale, resulting from additional education as set forth in Appendix A, shall be effective as of, and prorated from, the first day of the Academic Semester following completion of the required coursework or degree.
