ABL Materials definition

ABL Materials means all inventory of the Product in any form and all other materials necessary for the Exploitation of the Product discovered or developed in the Research Program.

  • In addition, ABL will provide reasonable assistance, including providing translations and making its personnel reasonably available for meetings or teleconferences to answer questions and provide technical support to TRIGR with respect to the use of the ABL Know How and ABL Materials in accordance with the license granted to TRIGR hereunder.

  • On request made by TRIGR from time to time during the Term, ABL will transfer to TRIGR (a) the ABL Materials and (b) copies (in electronic or other mutually agreed upon format) of ABL Data (including without limitation all ABL Data arising from the Korean Government Program) and all other ABL Know-How as promptly as possible and within thirty (30) days from the receipt of TRIGR’s request.

  • Neither the shareholders nor the employees, consultant or agents of ABL nor any other Person (other than ABL) has any rights to the ABL Intellectual Property, the ABL Materials or the Product (and any such rights previously held by any of them have been assigned to ABL).

Related to ABL Materials

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Biological Material means any material containing genetic information and capable of reproducing itself or being reproduced in a biological system;

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.
