ABB Device Data means any information or data generated or gathered (whether automatically or not) by an ABB Device or ABB Software and which relates to the operation and working of such ABB Device or ABB Software, for example device diagnostics and device health data;

ABB Device Data means any information or data generated or gathered (whether automatically or not) by Data Care or ABB Software in connection with the Services hereunder and which relates to the operation and working of such devices, for example protection relays configuration settings; "Customer Data" means (i) data owned or controlled by Customer that is provided to ABB or its Af- filiates through or in connection with the use of the Services or Software, including any data col- lected in the Data Care, and any data manually entered into the Services or Software by or on behalf of the Customer; and (ii) data as described in (i) which is, however, provided by or on behalf of a third party user; excluding ABB Device Data;

Related to ABB Device Data

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within the Service by Data Controller, its Agents and End-Users in connection with Data Controller’s use of such Service, including, without limitation, Personal Data.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
