'A' Option definition

'A' Option means an "A" Option granted under Section 6(a) of the Plan.
'A' Option means an option to purchase from the Company 40,000 shares of common stock of the Company, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein.
'A' Option has the meaning specified in Section 2.02.

  • Dell will promptly refund any prepaid fees for the APEX Service that will not be provided as a result of termination by You under Clause 3.2.A – Part A (Option to Terminate).

  • The Company shall, within five (5) days of the expiration of the Series A Notice Period, provide written notice to the fully participating Series A Investors indicating the number of shares of Offered Stock not elected to be purchased by the other Series A Investors (the "Company A Option Notice").

  • Except with respect to Advances made under Option A, Option B and Option C, any amounts that You repay on the Advances may not be re-borrowed.

  • A Option, if properly assigned, may be exercised by a new holder for the purchase of Option Shares without having a new Option issued.

  • Accordingly, and notwithstanding the foregoing, if required, the exercise price of a Sulliden Class A Option or a SpinCo Option, as the case may be, will be increased such that the aggregate of the In-The-Money Amount of the Sulliden Class A Option and the In-The-MoneyAmount of the SpinCo Option immediately after the exchange does not exceed the In-The-Money Amount of the Sulliden Option immediately before the exchange.

Related to 'A' Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.04(a).

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to Exercise the Option.

  • Director Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 6.
