A-2 Note definition

A-2 Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s % Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes.
A-2 Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 1.26% Class A-2 Asset Backed Notes.
A-2 Note collectively with the A-1 Note, the “Note”).

Examples of A-2 Note in a sentence

  • No service charge will be charged for any registration of transfer or exchange of this Class A-2 Note, but the transferor may be required to pay a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any such registration of transfer or exchange.

  • No reference herein to the Indenture, and no provision of this Note or of the Indenture, shall alter or impair the obligation of the Issuer, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay the principal of and interest on this Class A-2 Note at the times, place and rate, and in the coin or currency, herein prescribed.

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Loan Agreement, as amended by the Assumption Agreement.
