2G Call definition

2G Call means a circuit switched conveyance of a speech teleservice only (as defined in the relevant standards of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute) which:

  • Par Call Date means December 15, 2027.

  • Applicable Par Call Date means (i) with respect to the 2027 Notes, February 17, 2027 (the date that is one month prior to the scheduled maturity date for the 2027 Notes) and (ii) with respect to the 2032 Notes, December 17, 2031 (the date that is three months prior to the scheduled maturity date for the 2032 Notes).

  • VWAP Purchase Notice means an irrevocable written notice from the Company to the Buyer directing the Buyer to buy Purchase Shares on the VWAP Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1(c) hereof as specified by the Company therein at the applicable VWAP Purchase Price with the applicable VWAP Purchase Share Percentage specified therein.

  • First Call Date means the date falling 36 months after the Issue Date or, to the extent such day is not a Business Day, the Business Day following from an application of the Business Day Convention.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.
