18 only. Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all patents, trademarks, service marks, copyright, moral rights, rights in a design, know-how, Confidential Information and all or any other intellectual or industrial property rights whether or not registered or capable of registration and whether subsisting in the United Kingdom or any other part of the world together with all or any goodwill relating or attached thereto; "Confidential Information" means any information designated as such by the Party disclosing that information; and "Document" means all designs, drawings, specifications, software, electronic data, photographs, plans, surveys, reports, and all other documents and/or information prepared by or on behalf of the Contractor in relation to this contract.

  • B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act means the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003);

  • S&P means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.

  • Personal Information means information identifiable to any person, including, but not limited to, information that relates to a person’s name, health, finances, education, business, use or receipt of governmental services or other activities, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, driver license numbers, other identifying numbers, and any financial identifiers.

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.
