1 NdT. En France la copie authentique a la forme probante la plus élevée dans le Droit et ne peut être produite que par des officiers publics comme les notaires, les officiers d’état civil ou les juges. Le sens dans InterPARES se rapproche par conséquent davantage du concept de « copie conforme à l’original ». n., Qualité d’un document d’archives qui est ce qu’il prétend être et qui n’a été ni corrompu ni altéré. Correspond à l’authenticité juridique.
