Common use of Scope Clause in Contracts

Scope. 2.1. The general terms and conditions of Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH can be found on the Internet at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇ or sent to the customer at her/his/its request. They apply to all services provided by Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH in connection with the up³ product. Drei concludes contracts for the up³ product family with customers only in accordance with these terms and conditions. 2.2. The content of the contract concluded between the customer and Drei is based on these terms and conditions (including the contractual provisions on Roaming IV and the agreement on the information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/2120), as well as on the currently applicable tariff conditions/service descriptions. 2.3. The terms and conditions and the tariff conditions/service descriptions will be sent to the customer at her/his/its request and can be viewed on the Internet at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇.
