Codes. Die Vertragssoftware wird in ausführbarer Form (Objektcode) geliefert. Der Quellcode ist nicht Vertragsgegenstand und wird daher nicht mit ausgeliefert.
Codes. The Contracted Software will be provided as executable code (Object Code). The Source Code is not subject of this agreement and will therefore not be provided.
