Common use of Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Cancellation. Cancellation of the order by the customer is only possible with the consent of DiCommerce. If the cancellation is made more than four weeks before the start of the service provision, a cancellation fee of 30% of the originally agreed order value will be due. In the event of cancellation within four weeks before the start of the service provision, a cancellation fee of 50% of the originally agreed order value will be due. The cancellation must be made in writing. DiCommerce reserves the right to assert further claims if demonstrably higher costs have been incurred.
