Authorisation. The card entitles the cardholder to pay for goods and ser- vices within the limit set by the issuer at organisations which accept Mastercard or Visa for payment (hereinafter referred to as “acceptance points”), as follows: a) with his/her signature; when paying for goods and ser- vices and when withdrawing cash, the cardholder will be presented with a manually or electronically produced trans- action receipt which he/she shall verify and authorise by sign- ing it. The signature must match the signature on the card. The acceptance point may ask for an official document. It is for the cardholder to keep the transaction receipt; b) with his/her PIN code; c) on the basis of personal authorisation other than the cardholder’s signature or PIN code in particular by using a 3-D Secure Password with personal message or other means of identification (see the specific provisions governing online services in Section 7 below); d) by purchasing goods and services on the basis of orders placed by telephone, over the Internet or by correspondence, as well as in all other cases where the cardholder waives personal authorisation of the sale, and the transaction is conducted solely by providing the name of the cardholder, the card number and expiry date and, if required, the card verification value (CVV, CVC) indicated on the signature strip; e) by using the card at ATMs without signing or providing a PIN or other means of identification (e.g. car park machines, ticket machines, toll roads or card-not-present contacless payments). By authorising the transaction, the cardholder acknow- ledges the claim by the acceptance point. The cardholder thereby explicitly and irrevocably instructs the issuer to settle the amounts with the acceptance point. The claims acknow- ledged by the cardholder shall be binding on the company, regardless of the internal legal relationship between the cardholder and the company, and regardless of any diver- gent entries in the Commercial Register of Business Names or in other publications.
Authorisation. The hotel has the right to obtain an authorization of the entire stay. No booking is made, only a reservation of the amount. The possible authorization applies only as a guarantee. 1 to 4 rooms before 5 days prior to arrival free of charge 5 and more rooms before 30 days prior to arrival free of charge If cancelled later we keep the right to charge your credit card as followed. In that case we will send you the no show invoice. Cancellations for 1 to 4 rooms 5 days prior to arrival 100% of the reservation 5 and more rooms 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the reservation 5 and more rooms 215 days prior to arrival 100% of the reservation Shoud you decide leaving prior to your reserved departure date (eg. Bad weather forecast etc.), we keep the right to charge the full amount. If cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the expected amount will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival, 70% of the expected amount will be charged. If cancelled later than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the expected amount will be charged. the hotel reserves the right to cancel groups to the same cancellation policy as those of the tour operator. If a guest does not arrive on the reserved date, the room will be released at 9:00 a.m. the following day. The costs for the reservation will be charged at 100%. All children under 4 years pay a charge of CHF 15.00 per night when using existing bedding or baby crib. (in Extrabed CHF 50.00) Children from 4 to 11 years staying in the existing beds pay CHF 35.00 per night. All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
