This Work Statement NB-1 is entered into pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Clinical Trial Services Agreement dated as of March 29, 2011, by and between Radius Health, Inc. (“Radius”) and Nordic Bioscience Clinical Development VII A/S (“NB”) (the “Agreement”).
