This is an unconditional, continuing irrevocable guaranty, remaining in effect until all the obligations of Guarantor to Lender under this Guaranty are fully satisfied.

The undersigned ("Guarantors," whether one or more) request Lender to give and continue to give credit to ("Borrower") from time to time, or to forebear in the exercise of Lender's rights against Borrower under existing lending arrangements, and in consideration thereof, and to induce Lender to give credit to Borrower or to forebear in the exercise of Lender's rights and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and further acknowledging that Lender intends to rely on this Guaranty, agree as follows:
