Ltd., a Singapore corporation (“MSA”) and Micron Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“MTI” and, together with MSA, collectively, “Micron”). Each of Intel, MSA and MTI may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
