This UNSECURED CUSTOMER REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of July 5, 2023, between WOLFSPEED, INC., a North Carolina corporation (the “Borrower”) and RENESAS ELECTRONICS AMERICA INC., a California corporation (the “Lender”).
