NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENTThis Note Purchase Agreement (this "Agreement") is dated effective January 14, 2021 (the "Effective Date") between Jackie Haas & Mario Vassallo ("Purchaser") and Golden Harvests, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (the "Company").
