This Agreement is effective this 1st day of July, 2013, by and between the CITY OF MESQUITE, whose address is 10 East Mesquite Boulevard, Mesquite, Nevada, (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and the TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 14, whose address is 1250 South Burnham Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) as a product of the good faith bargaining efforts of both Parties and for the purpose of promoting harmonious employer/employee relationships and the efficiency of the City operations.
