These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“this Agreement”) are entered into between Also Energy, Inc. dba DECK Monitoring, a Colorado Company located at 830 SW 10th Ave., Suite 200, Portland, OR 97205 (“DECK”) and the company listed under ‘Account Name’ in the attached Quote (“Customer”). The Quote is incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement and together the Quote and this Agreement will be referred to as the “Order.”
