AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between the CITY OF FLORENCE, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon (“City”), and APIC FLORENCE HOLDINGS, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, its successors and assigns (“Developer”), is made and entered into this day of , 2021 (“Effective Date”). The City and Developer are the “Parties” to this Agreement.
