This is an amendment to the Charter made and entered into this 28th day of October, 2008, by and between Brevard Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") and Educational Horizons, Inc.(hereinafter referred to as the "School"), a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. It is the intent of the parties that this contract shall constitute the School’s Charter. The School’s approved application is incorporated by reference into the Charter as Appendix A. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail.

This Amendment supersedes the Charter School Renewal Contract dated June 19, 2019 between the District and NVCS (“Contract”) by adding to, deleting from and modifying the Contract as set forth herein. To the extent any such addition, deletion or modification results in any conflict or inconsistency between the Contract and this Amendment, this Amendment shall govern and the terms of the Contract that conflict with this Amendment or are inconsistent with this Amendment shall be of no force or effect.
