AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CHARTER SCHOOL RENEWAL CONTRACTCharter School Renewal Contract • March 9th, 2024
(“Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between THOMPSON SCHOOL DISTRICT R2-J ("School District" or “District”) and NEW VISION CHARTER SCHOOLS ("NVCS"), and shall become effective , 2024. This Amendment supersedes the Charter School Renewal Contract dated June 19, 2019 between the District and NVCS (“Contract”) by adding to, deleting from and modifying the Contract as set forth herein. To the extent any such addition, deletion or modification results in any conflict or inconsistency between the Contract and this Amendment, this Amendment shall govern and the terms of the Contract that conflict with this Amendment or are inconsistent with this Amendment shall be of no force or effect.
