Pursuant to ORS 279B.070 and City of Eugene Administrative Order 44-14-08F Public Contracting Rule (City Rule) 137-047-0270, quotes for Street Sweeper Brooms for the City of Eugene will be accepted by the Purchasing Office, 100 West 10th Avenue, Suite 400, Eugene, Oregon 97401 until 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Quotes shall be valid for sixty (60) days after opening unless otherwise specified in the quote specifications. This Invitation to Submit Quotations does not commit the City to pay any costs incurred by any quoter in the submission of a quote.
