THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 26th day of June, 2008, as revised December 30, 2009, January 28, 2011, February 23, 2011, February 1, 2012 and December 9, 2014, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of and EQUINOX MUTUALHEDGE FUTURES STRATEGY FUND(the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, Equinox Fund Management, LLC. (the “Advisor”).
