THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 28TH day of June, 2007, as revised March 26, 2014, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS VARIABLE TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Changing Parameters Portfolio, (the “Portfolio”) a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Fund, Changing Parameters, LLC (the “Advisor”).
