THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OFFICE LEASE (this “Lease”) is made as of June 14th, 2018 (“Effective Date”) between TEACHERS INSURANCE AND ANNUITY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA, a New York corporation, for the benefit of its Real Estate Account (“Landlord”), and the CARLYLE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”).
