This executive employment agreement (“Agreement”), effective January 25, 2018 (the "Effective Date"), is between HomeStreet, Inc., HomeStreet Bank (“Bank”) and their affiliate or subsidiary organizations and their successors and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) and Mark Mason (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”). In consideration of the foregoing promises and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the Company and Executive hereby agree to enter into an employment relationship in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

This amended and restated executive employment agreement (“Agreement”), effective February 26, 2018 (the "Effective Date"), is between Home Street, Inc. HomeStreet Bank (“Bank”) and its affiliate or subsidiary organizations and its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Company”) and William Endresen (“Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties”). In consideration of the foregoing promises and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the Company and Executive hereby agree to enter into an employment relationship in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Capitalized terms have the meanings give to them in this Agreement or in the respective document referred to herein.
