THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO INVESTMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), is entered into as of March 6, 2019, by and between Cohen & Company, LLC (formerly IFMI, LLC), a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and JKD Capital Partners I LTD, a New York corporation (“Investor”).
