This MASTER MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 25th day of November, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) between Dance Biopharm Inc. (“Buyer”), a Delaware corporation, having an office located at 2 Mint Plaza #804, San Francisco, CA 94103, and Phillips Plastics Corporation (“Seller”), a Wisconsin corporation, having its headquarters at 1201 Hanley Road, Hudson, WI 54016.
