THIS OFFICE LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Lease”) is made and entered into as of April 24, 2007, by and between NORMANDY LEXINGTON ACQUISITION, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Landlord”) and IMPRIVATA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
