Rogers & Co. in the amount totaling $7,864.66 which includes the first month’s rent of $7,908.33 and $7,908.33 equal to one (1) month security deposit minus the $7,952.00 security deposit on hand After all copies of the Lease are fully executed, we will return an original copy to you for your file.
