THIS DECLARATION OF TRUST AND TRUST AGREEMENT is made as of March 2, 2016 (this “Declaration”), by and among United States Commodity Funds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as sponsor (the “Sponsor”), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association, with its principal place of business in the State of Delaware, as Delaware trustee (the “Trustee”).
