This Compliance Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of September 3, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), between TCG Financial Series Trust IV, an Ohio business trust, (the “Trust”) and MFund Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation with a principal place of business at 36 North New York Avenue, Huntington, NY 11743 (“MFund”).

THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 3rd day of September, 2015, by and between TCG Financial Series Trust IV (the “Trust”), on behalf of the TCG Liquidity Plus Government Money Market Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the investment adviser of the Fund, Catalyst Capital Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”).
