THIS STOCK REPURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 14th day of June, 2002, by and between VERILINK CORPORATION , a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer”) and BEACON TELCO, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Seller”).
