THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of November, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Bank of the Cascades, an Oregon state bank (the “Bank”), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cascade Bancorp (the “Bancorp”), (sometimes together referred to as the “Company”), and Charles Reeves, an individual resident of the State of Oregon (“Executive”) (the signatories to this Agreement will be referred to jointly as the “Parties”).
