This Second Amendment to 200 Pine Street Office Lease (“Second Amendment”) is made and entered into as of October 25, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between M & E, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Landlord”), and Jaguar Health, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Tenant”).
