THIS LEASE is entered into as of July 9, 2003, by and between each of WXIII/Crittenden Realty C, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “C Landlord”) and WXIII/Crittenden Realty D, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “D Landlord” and together with the C Landlord, the “Landlord”), and Silicon Graphics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SGI,” or the “Tenant”).
