THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 15, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Calamos Asset Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CAM”), Calamos Financial Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CFS”) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of its sole managing member, Calamos Holdings LLC (“Holdings”) (together with each of its successors and assigns permitted under this Agreement sometimes referred to herein as the “Company”), and Philip E. (Phipps) Moriarty, II (“Executive”).
