WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. ("Bank"), agrees to make available to Thanksgiving Coffee Company, Inc. ("Borrower") a PrimeLoan (the "Credit"). The Credit shall bear interest and be repayable in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
