New Age Alpha Advisors, LLC (the “Acquiring Fund Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company, joins this Agreement solely for purposes of paragraphs 5.13 and 8.2; and Security Investors, LLC (the “Acquired Fund Adviser”), a Kansas limited liability company, joins this Agreement solely for purposes of paragraph 8.2.
