This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into, effective as of the 24th day of October, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island (the “Bank”) and Steven D. Kunzman (the “Executive”). Any reference to the “Company” shall mean Central Plains Bancshares, Inc., the proposed holding company of the Bank.
