This Escrow Agreement (this “Agreement”) dated as of January ___, 2022 (the Effective Date”), is entered into by and among (i) ZHRH Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“ZHRH”); (ii) Badon Partners SAS (“Buyer”); and (iii) Anthony L.G., PLLC (the “Escrow Agent”).
