This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of this 31st day of December, 2008, by and among Oak Ridge Financial Services, Inc., a North Carolina corporation (the “Corporation”), Bank of Oak Ridge, a North Carolina-chartered bank and wholly owned subsidiary of the Corporation (the “Bank”), and Ronald O.
