REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of July 16, 2008, by and between Typhoon Touch Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation, (the "Company"), and FIRST STRATEGY FINANCE CORP. (together with it permitted assigns, the "Buyer").
