This Amended and Restated Agreement for Administrative Services (the “Agreement”)is made, severally and not jointly, as of September 1, 2012, by each of the investment companies listed on Exhibit A hereto, each having its principal office and place of business at 4000 Ericsson Drive, Warrendale, Pennsylvania 15086(collectively, the “Investment Company”), and FEDERATED ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, a Delaware statutory trust, having its principal office and place of business at Federated Investors Tower, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222-3779 (the “FAS”).
