amount of Net Sales during such Fiscal Quarter and a calculation of the royalties due and such other information as called for in the format attached as Appendix L. McNEIL shall deliver the written report for each such Fiscal Quarter, regardless of whether when any royalties are required to be paid in that Fiscal Quarter, commencing in the first Fiscal Quarter following the date of the First Commercial Sale of any Product.
